Leslie grew up practicing and teaching gymnastics, so analyzing and teaching movement and exercise skills has always been part of her life.  After graduating from Nauset High School, she attended UVM where she received her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training.  Shortly thereafter, she became a Certified Athletic Trainer in the state of Massachusetts.

Next, Leslie spent six years working with student athletes at Mashpee High School, as well as working various tournaments around the state.  She also worked five seasons as the athletic trainer for the Chatham A's.

She started at A Better You in July of 2020 and has been happily serving our clients since.  In addition to her Athletic Training background, Leslie is a certified Functional Aging Specialist.

While competitive gymnastics may be in the rearview mirror, she continues to stay fit by lifting, running and training like an athlete.
